Patients also benefit from the other medical offices and surgeries at HELIX, so we are all looking forward to more medical specialists and professionals joining us. Medical centres 2 and 3 are due for completion in 2019, and only have 500 m² of floor area left available to let on one floor from the total 5,500 m². HELIX is extending on its current 12,000 m² in a new development on an adjacent property.
