HELIX in Mainz – the city of science in the heart of the Rhine-Main region – is a holistic and innovative interdisciplinary Health + Medical Centre with an air of excellence.
Helix provides excellent treatments, services, research projects, showcases and products for the primary and secondary healthcare market. The centre is a flagship project with a campus atmosphere and a state-of-the-art working, creating and living environment for medical professionals and people with a holistic approach to their own health.
HELIX has become a nexus for medical services in the region due to its outstanding local, regional, national and international significance and connections, and sees an average of a hundred thousand patients every year cared for by more than a hundred medical professionals.
Great entry
Medical Unit 1 at 4,500 m² was completed in 2016, and has since been fully let out to various medical partners: Dermatologist, paediatrician, dentist, dental engineering, diabetes and nutritional consultation.
The whole centre is planned for accessibility throughout with free parking for visitors in front of the building. Parking spaces for our tenants and medical partners are located in an underground car park with direct access to the building.
